Our coaches guide you through a daily strength‑training circuit designed to build full‑body capability, confidence, and long‑term health. Every session is supervised, every lift is supported, and group sizes are capped at 16 women so you get the coaching attention you deserve.

CLASSES AND TIMETABLE
Strength sessions are traditional, functional resistance‑training circuits built around weight‑based movements. You’ll complete 3 sets of 12 reps at each of the 8 stations, focusing on solid technique and progressive overload. Approx. 60 minutes.
Super sessions are fast‑moving, weight‑based circuits designed to build strength, stamina, and efficiency. You’ll complete 1 set of 12 reps at each station, moving through all 8 stations three times for a powerful full‑body workout. Approx. 45 minutes.
Sweat sessions are timed, fun, functional circuits that blend weights‑based cardio with movement patterns that get your heart rate up and keep you moving. A great way to build conditioning while still lifting. Approx. 40 minutes.


Small Group Personal Training
These goal based groups are designed specifically for our more experienced strength training clients. Run by one of our qualified coaches, they will challenge you to test your limits, improve your form, or target specific muscle groups.
